Michelle A. Davis, Executive Director & Executive Virtual Assistant
A dynamic, innovative and people-oriented professional, Michelle started All You Need Business Services with the idea of bringing quality customer service to the forefront of the Virtual Assistant world. Michelle combines her 12+ years of Executive Administration and Customer Service experience with her innate ability to multi-task with efficiency and great attention to detail. She has a well-defined ability to identify client needs and expectations, ensuring that the expectations of her clients are accomplished. Michelle's unyielding energetic, can-do personality and strong sense of quality customer service transcends across the virtual lines and into the quality her company provides.
Michelle's experiences are vast, spanning from providing objective, professional, and executive administrative assistance, to helping grow small start-up companies into well-balanced businesses. She has assertiveness and efficiency when executing events from start to finish, ensuring the clients happiness along the way. Her well-rounded background history started at Nordstrom when she was only 16 years old. After 7 years with them she was recruited to run a product shoe line. She later decided that there's a need for entrepreneurs and business owners that exist outside of the corporate world. Although, several of her clients have been in the corporate arena she also assist entrepreneurs and small to medium size business owners on a daily basis keep up with all their business (and some) personal needs.
A brief description of Michelle's abilities include but are not limited to; Executive level administration, business management, event logistics and management, sponsorships olicitation and coordination, Notary Public Services, Property Management , extensive research , strategic planning and development, Cost Analysis and Comparisons, Marketing and Branding, E-Commerce back-end, Retail/Wholesale Management, Social Media Marketing, Commercial Transportation, Legal Documents Assistance.
Michelle not only has the know-how to exceed all of her clients' needs, but a powerfully positive mindset that is required of a n Executive level VA to endure the want of balance between effectiveness and creativity. Michelle's infectious abilities in the virtual arena has also drawn other like-minded virtual assistants to the All You Need Business Services Team and in doing so, Michelle has brought together a powerful team! Each and every client, no matter how big, no matter how small, feels the dynamics of Michelle's All You Need Business Services Team!
Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends; she also enjoys giving back to the community, in particular The Jenesse Center, L.A. Works and The Los Angeles Mission. She is also in development with her own non-profit, Love Our Community. She gets excited when she is able to help another person in their life and she always strives to do so whenever possible.
